About Heronest
A Place That Holds What Matters
We started Heronest because too many families found themselves searching through scattered papers and uncertain records at exactly the wrong moment. There is a better way to prepare.

Why We Built Heronest
Heronest was founded in Bangkok by people who had each, at some point, sat with a folder of unfamiliar papers and wished someone had explained things earlier. Not legal counsel. Not a notary. Just a calm, knowledgeable companion who could say: here is how this generally works, and here is what to have ready.
We noticed that in Thailand — as in many places — the education piece was missing. Families either discovered the process under pressure, or they relied on incomplete impressions passed between relatives. Neither serves anyone well.
Our response was to build something simple: structured kits, educational workshops, and a facilitated family programme. Nothing more and nothing less than what a thoughtful person needs to feel prepared.
We do not draft documents, provide legal advice, or represent individuals. That work belongs to qualified practitioners. Our role is to help you arrive at their door knowing what questions to ask and with your records already in order.
Mission
To make estate organisation calm, accessible, and clear — so families in Thailand can face uncertain futures with confidence rather than confusion.
Vision
A Thailand where no family has to search through scattered papers under pressure — where preparation is a normal, unhurried part of life planning.
Approach
We hold a clear boundary: education and organisation only. This keeps us honest and keeps our participants safe. Qualified specialists handle regulated matters.
Who We Are
The Heronest Team
A small team of educators, facilitators, and organisers based in Bangkok, each with a background in family services or public education.
Sunisa Lertkul
Founder & Lead Facilitator
Over twelve years in community education, Sunisa developed Heronest's core methodology after helping her own extended family through a difficult estate process.
Pichit Wangsupa
Programme Developer
Pichit brings a background in public administration to shape workshop content that is accurate, plain, and genuinely useful to participants without crossing into regulated territory.
Napat Phromma
Client Relations
Napat supports families from first enquiry to completion, ensuring each experience is calm, clear, and tailored to where the family actually stands in their preparation.
How We Work
Our Standards
These principles shape every kit, workshop, and programme we deliver.
Clear Scope
We define precisely what we do and do not do. Education and organisation. Nothing else. Participants always know where our role ends and a specialist's begins.
Accurate Content
Workshop materials are reviewed for general accuracy and updated when relevant processes change. We do not present information as personal advice.
Privacy First
Personal information shared during sessions and via enquiry forms is handled with care and never passed to third parties for purposes unrelated to service delivery.
Sensitive Facilitation
Topics around estate planning carry emotional weight. Our facilitators are trained to hold space for that — moving at the pace families need rather than rushing toward outcomes.
Participant-Led Pace
No one is pushed through a programme faster than is comfortable. The kit can be completed across multiple sittings. Workshops allow time for questions and reflection.
Specialist Referrals
We maintain an up-to-date list of qualified practitioners in Thailand — notaries, legal professionals, and financial advisors — so participants know where to turn after completing our programmes.
Our Purpose
Estate Organisation Education in Bangkok
Heronest operates at the intersection of practical organisation and family communication. The records people accumulate over a lifetime — property documents, financial account details, insurance policies, contact lists for trusted advisers — rarely sit in a single, accessible place. When a family member passes, the search begins in earnest, often at a time when no one has the energy for it.
Our tools and sessions are designed to change that pattern, gently and without pressure. The Everything-in-One-Place Kit gives a person a structured framework to gather what they have. The Process Awareness Workshop gives participants an honest picture of how estate matters are generally handled in Thailand, so nothing comes as a shock. The Family Readiness Programme brings household members into the same conversation — sharing what is known, filling gaps, and agreeing on where things will be kept.
None of this replaces the work of a solicitor, notary, or financial professional. It prepares families to work with those professionals more effectively. People who arrive at a specialist appointment with their records in order and a basic understanding of the process spend less time — and less money — getting to the outcome they need.
Heronest is based in Sam Sen Nai, Bangkok, and serves individuals and families across Thailand. All sessions are conducted in English, with consideration for multilingual families upon request.
