No. Heronest provides education and organisation tools only. We do not give legal or financial advice, draft documents, or represent individuals. For those matters, we recommend engaging a qualified practitioner in Thailand.
Who are these programmes for?
They are for anyone who wants to bring their affairs into order calmly — individuals thinking ahead, families who want to be prepared, or those who have recently experienced estate-related uncertainty and wish to be better organised going forward.
How long does each offering take?
The Everything-in-One-Place Kit can be worked through at your own pace, typically over a few hours across several sittings. The Process Awareness Workshop runs for a half day. The Family Readiness Programme spans two to three sessions, usually across two weeks.
Are sessions conducted in English?
Yes, all materials and facilitated sessions are in English. If your family includes members who prefer Thai, please let us know when you enquire and we will do our best to accommodate.
Where do sessions take place?
We are based in Sam Sen Nai, Bangkok. The kit is delivered digitally. Workshops and the Family Readiness Programme can be held at our offices or arranged at a venue convenient to your family, subject to availability.
What is included in the prices?
The Kit (฿3,800) includes all digital materials and the walkthrough guide. The Workshop (฿6,500) includes the session, notes, and reference materials for one person. The Family Readiness Programme (฿10,500) covers up to four family members across the full session schedule.
